Last season it did not , and from what I know about Besic his is only two injury s he had since start of playing in Germany that was sideline him for longer time.So maybe hes adapting to EPL, Iknow he will work like maniac if he had to to overcome body giving up.I m more afraid of knees injury in general with players .Those can end player. Look at Strootman, hes having a blinder two season and puf , hes gone.

Can't or won't? I don't think his injury record has been any worse than McCarthy's but McCarthy plays if he's anywhere remotely near fitness. Besic is currently fit right now yet we're not seeing too much of him. The lad should be a regular, hopefully next season he is. He is a class above either Barry or McCarthy.

I agree. I've said it all along if we are top 4 material McCarthy doesn't get a gig in the 11. But Besic has been out a lot of this season injured.
