It's nowhere near the Premier League, there are worlds apart between the two leagues. And Mo is still a young guy, only 22, you simply cannot expect him to hit the ground running when he comes from a deplorable league like the Hungarian.I would hope he will replace barry this season.Don't forget that he's come from the Hungarian League. I'm Hungarian, I know and played at an amateur level, so I actually know how bad the level is.
Barry had a really mixed season. He seemed unfit towards the start but improved. Besic was more consistent although his performances went the other way towards then end. I don't think Besic is ready to be a starter next season but he definitely has potential and hopefully he will be ready the season after.
I think his all round game needs improvement but that's understandable. What he does have that Barry doesn't is the legs to make up for his tactical naivety.
Barry had a decent season and has spades of experience on Besic so that's not a bad film
He never got sent off once last season. We like someone that can tackle. He does have to improve his learning when and where a bit more but I don't mind that side of his game. In fact I like it.
Probably a little although I would still play him over Barry. Now that he's an established member of the squad I just want to see him develop at the right pace.
Honestly. I would have neither. I hope McCarthy is played there next season with Ross or Cleverly beside.
