But You know that it's the right thing to do. Just as with the mentioned nighty. Of course his subbing was screaming for Gibbo but we can't always get what we want... Anyway he will be subbed this season each game he plays. And that's totally right, no doubt he learned a lot from today's game too. Was a yard dog but didn't show anything special (not that anyone else did except from Garbutt).
 
I think Besic offers enormous potential for the future and I think not many expected that he would have played s many games as he has. He has settled well in the premiership but in truth with everybody fit he would not be in my first eleven at the moment.

I think that in time he is the natural replacement for Barry as a genuine defensive midfielder. I think he will still be learning his trade next season and thereafter as Barry moves on Besic will then become our midfield anchor.
 
I also wouldnt put him in my first 11 currently, I personally think Barry offers us more, but that line of thinking dilutes with every week.

Hes an outstanding prospect, some of his cross field passes make me almost jizz and his range of passing IMO is superb, he plays with a high energy and LOVES a tackle, but honestly the main reason I love him so much is he will never give less than 100%, he loves winning and will do everything he can to make that happen, he also NEVER hides during games, hes always making himself available for a pass and is constantly talking to his team mates.

Currently hes playing within himself, im not gonna blame the tactics, LOL, who am I kidding, the tactics are terrible and once we change the way we play he will shine more than he already does. I honestly pity the people who still cant see what an amazing talent we have on our hands, I just hope he doesnt lose hope due to El Fraudo constantly taking him off during games.

Besic, McCarthy and John Stones are borderline World Class.
 
How can Barry offer more but yet besic is borderline 'world class'.

The two most talked about young players are Lukaku and Barkley. With quality wingers they wouldnt be double or triple marked.

Mccarthy and stones are top class already.

They could potentially all be world class as could garbutt and coleman.

This season should teach martinez a lot for the summer.
