He looks a very talented all round midfield player. What I like about him is he has a big game attitude, where he comes to the fore in big matches.
Was just my MOTM on Saturday.

He wasn't MY MOTM, but I thought he was the best player in the 1st half. He isn't very polished but he has a knack for turning the ball out of pressure and swinging it to open spaces. He should only get better. He looks a very talented all round midfield player. What I like about him is he has a big game attitude, where he comes to the fore in big matches.

Long term centre half partner for Stones?
Just putting it out there...

Too short.
He's dynamic enough to be an ace DM.
We'd have lost a lot less games as well, but it will be interesting to see how we can turn this into proper attacking threat consistently tooEverton FC boss Roberto Martinez says that only injury and unavailability has prevented him from starting all three of his modern day Dogs of War in the same midfield.
Mo Besic, Gareth Barry and James McCarthy all started in the same midfield together for only the second time on Saturday.
The first was in the previous season’s derby match at Anfield.
The Blues boss said: “I can’t tell you my secrets but there have been moments when all three would have played but they weren’t fit.
“At Manchester United Mo played, but James McCarthy wasn’t fit.
"It’s a shape. It’s a system which allows you to play with three midfielders rather than a number 10.
“If all three would have been fit they would have played a lot more this season.”
And, Roberto scouted him and brought him here....and plays him....and manages his minutes on the pitch the right way.
Just saying like.
think him and mccarthy will be great together both got great stamina and like to keep the ball moving with short passes. Hopefully barkley can be the creative player we would need infront of them
The past few pages reads like RAWK.

Another good performance, 1 IMMENSE tackle, great attitude, great aggression, slowly becoming a MUST on every team sheet.
Besic or Barry? Honest opinions from everybody . I did not wanna start a new thread, I m new guy to forum so i have respect for veterans and leave that to them , but i think it question worth asking . So this season is gone, we can all agree on that i think. I agree first objective is 37 points to stay in league and i think that we can do even with this drop of form we are better at list from West Brom,QPR , Burnley, Palace,Leicester,Vila. So after we got that done ,are we going to prepare team for next season witch by what i watch should not have Barry in it. We should keep Barkley at all cost or sell him for no less then 40 mill . He has play some bad games , but he show more in 6 min against RS ,then whole forward whole game . Question is should Barry play every game, and looks like he will until end of the season, or do we go Besic McCarthy Barkley trio for next season. In of last 10 games that Besic and Barry play witch is a good sample who look better , who do u trust ?I like to add if Martinez can't make Lukaku learn to be less in Offside by the end of the season i will hang my self . So people Barry McCarthy Barkley ,or Besic McCarthy Barkley, or some other idea and why ?
