he's very good and only 21. Would definitely improve us. I'd be made up if we signed him.

Also, he began his career as a defender, but has been deployed as a holding midfielder more recently (like in the WC). Would be a hell of a lot better than resigning Jack Rodwell. This is a great move if it happens.
