Remember this lad well from the Argentina game - he wAs excellent --- granted Mascherano had the definition of a paper tiger called Gago beside him but Besic was stand out good that day.

Btw - I remember well what appened in Srebrenica and seriously, even in jest we can't mention that. It was a holocaust pure and simple and while the British fought with the French and then Germans while t russians constipated the UN. Only Clinton took it seriously.

I know but if he signed tomorrow, he'd be 4th choice midfielder. Barry's age isn't gonna catch up with him for a bit, he was never a pace player, and finger's crossed Gibson injuries are behind him, (they're not). We're looking good for midfield options tho, much better than we were at the end of the window 3 years ago, Osman, Fellaini and Neville lol

No, no, no, no, no.

I don't mean that about every comment to have been posted here, and I would like to see him signed up.

But for me, there is no 'right amount of snide'. We've spent the last few years putting down the likes of Suarez because he is a snide. He's a cheat and he goes on to give it to the ref. As Evertonians we have hated a few players for such poor behaviour. Drogba, Dzeko, Gerrard (Hibbert red card 07/08) for such awful and snide behaviour all spring to mind.

I think it would be hypocritical of us to want such a player for ourselves - I for one think that Arteta was one such git (although a brilliantly talented footballer) and this has come out especially since he joined Arsenal. It would not have pleased me so much to see him scoring goals for us if I had realised how snide he was - I wish I had noticed.

Maybe I am an idealist. I love Everton and I want to see us doing things the correct way.

I would like to see Everton sign Besic because I think he's talented and Roberto can take the negative side out of him and turn him into a player who goes about things the right way and shows his exemplary potential.
