I don't feel I am. Moyes was known throughout the football world as a ditherer. How many times were we left until deadline day? Look at him last year - bought Fellaini, when he had the disposal of Man Utd's financial backing.

Martinez, while obviously has made a couple of last minute transfers, has seemed to have already started work. We've got Barry, he's stated he has to wait for a decision from Lukaku, so obviously wheels are in motion.

Well tbf I don't think you know enough about the inns and outs of transfer windows and everton's situation to claim as fact moyes is a ditherer without reason. As I don't to claim he's not.

What I will say is in regards to utd he was clearly let down by the people in charge of conducting the transfer business. I believe he's explained a little the felaini situation of why and how it was left late, and it makes sense to me.

All in all dithering or not 90% of our current squad is testimony to moyes transfer activity. Roberto's early signings of Kone, Alcaraz and Joel from his old club are hardly a massive indorcement of brilliance. His brilliance believe it or not came about on the LAST day of the transfer window!
