The problem is we aren't. We are missing key players, we have a tiny squad, we are depending on young kids, players are playing out of position and we have signed [Poor language removed] all. People are claiming the fans that are worried and being negative aren't supporting the club, its bollocks to be honest. I support the team first and foremost and at the moment they are being let down as well, David Moyes has said this himself. They worked there socks off last season getting us into Europe and when they needed help no one has been brought in to do this. We’ve lost 7 players, we’ve had a long time to replace them and as of yet, 10 days to go we still haven’t.

I want my club run properly, as of this moment in time it isn’t being. We are unorganised and fans aren’t happy about it, and rightly so.

While I can't argue with what your saying Toxteth, I'll go back to the fact that many of those who are "being negative" are making assumptions about the club that haven't been proven to be true.

For example: "We have no money."

Really? We have no money? Well then prove it. Can't eh? Yet they'll conclude that no transfers means no money and bang on about it for weeks and weeks and weeks.

Here's another: "The lack of transfers is tied to the stadium fiasco." Once again, prove it. I'm confident that I could come up with other examples but you get my point.

I'll never begrudge someone's opinion on here, negative or positive. As you have so rightly said, this is a forum and opinions are what make this forum what it is. But with all opinions, I prefer that they be based in some sort of factual context.

Yeah our squad is short of depth right now. Yes we've had to deal with injuries. Some of our problems are right there for all to see. No hiding that. No one is arguing that we're not in a bit of a bind right now.

But for me, it's all the negative moaning about crap that's just pure fantasy land which gets me and quite a few others down. No one on here knows what's going on behind the scenes and yet the post as if they do.

I'm not one for losing my rag but I've pretty much lost it with some of you lot lately. The club isn't in a good way and all I read whenever I come on here is people picking holes in every little thing.

In times of crisis you work out who you can rely on, and frankly I wouldn't rely on you fairweather lot to piss on me if I was on fire.

If the club's as [Poor language removed] as so many of you seem to think why the feck come on here and spoil our day with your sniping day after day after day?

As it is we're not in a bad way because we've got bad men in charge of our club, if we were I would understand the constant nagging. In fact we've got bloody good men in charge of our club who are hell bent on doing the best for our club the right way, with honour and integrity. The very same men that have done wonders for the club over the past few years.

Whether it's through bad luck or bad preperation this summer hasn't gone to plan. I don't deny that and I doubt anyone at the club denies that. Do you think it's been through a lack of effort? So maybe in these difficult times, times when the club needs our support and backing, you can act with dignity yourselves and get on with the job of supporting this [Poor language removed] club of ours!

Our club is built on pride and integrity and values that cant be found in glory hunting we keep our dignity at all times no matter how bad things get thats whatit means to be a true evertonian. Comments made on this forum recently have honestly left me scikened, no rebuttle, conspirocy theory, or any arguement will desueade me from that opinion.

We talk about nil satis nisi optimum - from what i have read in the past week some fans are very far away form being able to give the club the type of support it deserves. Anyone can buy a ticket but theres more to being an Evertonian then that.

Most of the people moaning are people who have spent another £500+ up front on this [Poor language removed] joke of a club and joke of a [Poor language removed] manager!!!!!

We have half a team and play [Poor language removed] football and he hasent improved the team.
If moyes wants to go [Poor language removed] him!!

We've went into the season completely unorganised, a left back on the wing, a 17 year old in midfield, a midfielder upfront, a centre back in midfield and a bench full of kids. That's not right and something should have been done.

A game we would have pissed last season against Blackburn we ended up getting beat, they walked all over us, dominated us on our own patch and that isn't a nice thing to see.

We've yet to sign anyone, we have key players injured and as it stands one first team striker.

The board or the manager, whoever it is has put us in a very risky situation that could stop us progressing. We have a tiny tiny squad, we have a week to get 5-7 players in and even then they'll have to adapt and work themselves into the team.

If we beat Arsenal 5-0 you would get nothing but positive views for ages, everyone would be made up and that's all we'd talk about. But because these views are negative people are moaning and telling others to spot. What's the point in having a forum then, I don't get it.

I'm a realist, it's quite obvious that something is wrong and the club at the moment isn't doing there job. There isn't a club in a worse situation at the moment in our League.

This was a perfect chance to progress and kick on, all that hard work could be put to bed by the clubs inibility to do transfers and sign players.

I agree bill good point.
Alot of people took up the early bird option thinking things would go from strength to strength, we should have known better.
 

I'm confident that you'd have bought your ticket anyway though regardless of the situation.

Am I right?

I'd say that the majority of season ticket holders would have re-upped for this season if they knew what they knew now.
