Was Mark Hughes player of the year at Everton? Can't remember that like. I was drinking heavily at the time I suppose.
2000-2002 it was hardly a challenge.

What utter tripe that is
He got lucky with the draw this season & in the only game that should have derailed them en route to Wembley - Moyes selected an unfit Neville in CM who destroyed the tie in 5 mad minutes. His result today has no bearing on his future in the cup comps
Your view on cup runs compared to the real sign of a teams strength & sustainability I.e. the league, puts you firmly in the clueless category as far as I'm concerned
Any Blue who says they'd take a cup win & relegation deserves pelters

So so Scottish!
Did he seriously win Player Of The Year for us though? F*cking hell I've erased that from my memory. I thought he was sh*te for us. Gough was twice the player and much older.
I don't remember that either mate was I with you?Was Mark Hughes player of the year at Everton? Can't remember that like. I was drinking heavily at the time I suppose.
Can hardly remember him playing tbh, nobody wants to remember that period so lets just pretend he did and our kit felt good back then

I'm no sweaty mate, so take your solar system bonce for a long hike
Billy Bingham had us fourth, mate. How fondly do you think he's remembered?
It's all about the silverware.
