We've hardly had an abundance of left sided midfielders. I am tired but wasn't our last natural left midfielder Kevin Kilbane?

Yea I was thinking the same..
Every year I play footie manager Left sided mid is one of my first purchases. Just because none of the player's are established there..

Pienaar and Arteta both favor the right to the left.
Osman and Gosling can't play on the left.. Even Shandy Andy was a natural right winger.

If anything I would say the exact opposite to the topic creator.

Anyways I'm looking forward to seeing what Billy and Pienaar can do in their natural positions.
