Moyes - IN or OUT ?

How significant is finishing above the red side two seasons in a row?

They have better players than us arguably. So that's why they play better football.

Put Dembele in our team, and bam, we play better football.

Not Moyes' fault that.

This isnt true as we played some fantastic footy earlier in the season. we just went back to hoofing about november ish.

I dissagree mate, i dont think our style complements our players. If we played more on the floor at speed, i think we would win alot more games.

Maybe. And I don't get me wrong I love it when we play sexy stuff, but I quite enjoy us mixing it up a bit too.

We show in 'patches' we are more than capable of playing football, it's consistency we lack and the fact we go into defend our lead at all costs as opposed to let's grab another. We have no killer instinct, that's the managers fault.

my first downthumb cheers ijjy haha

Moyes has never bottled a game in his life, certainly not this Season - MoutsGoat

I don't think any of our Cb's will learn to pass no matter who our manager is. What we could do is bring fellaini back and try playing through the midfield more, mind.

Did i?!!? Christ I didn't mean that!! Hold on.

we shouldn't be begging anybody to manage us, we are a top 7 EPL side with a lot of international talent. Why would you not want to manage this club? He has built a couple of squads agreed but ultimately has failed to put any trophies in the cabinet and has resigned himself to being a non runner.

Moyes has changed he looks beaten and not up for the challenge anymore. To move forward we need someone who is hungry and has a fresh approach, in my humble opinion.

Who's begging?

Boldened bit is just rubbish, he's changed his approach several times this season, 2 up front, 3 at the back and so on. We play mixed football, long and short, quick one twos, counter attacks, slow build up, not sure what you want from our new manager but I reckon you're building yourself up to be very dissapointed.

Yet another definitive prediction of what the future holds.....

Benfica, Sporting & Fiorentina weren't play off games btw

Both bar Benfica were two legged play-offs which is the same as the CL qualifier format.

I don't share AF's pessimism but he's got a point on that score.

No but that's the kind of opposition we'd need to beat over two legs to make the CL, proper. Moyes has never beaten a decent team in europe over two games, ever.

He's generally lost to sides that could be genuinely described as stronger than ours at the time the games where played.

We could draw Juventus in a CL qualifier & we'd be up against it with Jesus in the dugout.

You're merely suggesting that 'his' record in cups somehow should earn him the boot, if he gets us to 4th in the PL!
