Moyes Hull Post Match Comments

It's hardly a massive error in judgement, he could quite easily have got to 60 mins without being booked, taken off, Moyes handles everything perfectly. It's easy to ignore the fact that he made the decision to start him in this game, which many people didn't want him to do, and Fellaini contributed largely to making this a comfortable win. Today's game was very important for momentum.

I do think he often throws around blame to other quarters. I also think that often he says things to the media that are designed to make himself look good, honest and forthright.

He's been a great manager, and I do like him. I just feel he sometimes likes to look for excuses for his own personal failings.
Fair enough, he does. Though in the context of the rest of the prima donnas of the Premiership he's one of the less obnoxious characters.

Exactly, damned if you do, damned if you dont.

The only thing you get damned for are decisions that backfire - as this one did. There were players sitting on the bench that could have done the job against weak opposition like Hull. They will not fit in so easily in the next two games.
I find the idea of facing our neighbours with no DM and only Vic up front quite depressing. There is a reason they are top of the table with the second best goal difference in the league and it is not related to bad refereeing decisions.

If Fellaini would have come off at half time and Hull pegged us back then Moyes would have been berated.

There was some debate about whether to start Fellaini, Moyes made the call and was rewarded with him scoring the first goal.

As Moyes said he would have probably pulled him off into the second half after assessing if Hull would have come back out fired up. Fellaini got himself booked, thats crap but thats how it is.

We won and were not a one man team, Jagielka and Arteta are more important to our chances of getting something from the games v L'pool. They start.

In summary: a shish kebab.

we will get over run by liverpool who have a far better midfield but this will happen with or without fellaini. our best chance i sneaking a goal and hanging on, i would rather have him for our only real difficult home game left in the season.

Moyes out!

SIx unbeaten, six clean sheets clearly we need Paul Ince.

Thats what i mean, no respect some fans, shocking...........

A Man City 1:0
H Chelsea 0:0
A Middlesbrough 1:0
H Sunderland 3:0
A Macclesfield 1:0
H Hull 2:0

And we only pay this man 70k a week, he should ask for a payrise.

Moyes isn't perfect and has a number of flaws in character. But you're right, Dave. Compared to some of the managers out there, Moyes is very much the type of man that is easy to warm to.

If you must reply you could at least make some attempt at pretending to have read the points I've made, at making a rational response and to avoid writing gibberish.
Fish and chips...err?

Neville and Arteta are looking good in the middle, it's helping the back four big time. Baines and Hibbert are looking really good aswell.
