Everton Football Club has secured a one-year deal with one of Indonesia’s leading electronic manufacturers, Polytron.
The deal will see the firm exclusively feature members of Everton’s first team squad in promotional and marketing materials in Indonesia and Thailand.
Polytron produce a wide range of electronic equipment and since their inception in 1975 have grown to be one of the biggest providers of televisions and radio devices in Indonesia.
Tekno Wibowo, Marketing Director at Polytron, said: "We are delighted to team up with Everton Football Club. This association will provide key brand awareness for our products in our key South East Asian markets. Everton is well respected in Asia and we hope this new partnership brings us mutual benefit."
Everton’s Head of Partnerships Phil Hardman added: "This new deal helps both parties to establish and grow their respective brands in the Indonesian and Thai market places. It also gives the Club an additional outlet to talk to consumers and reinforce the Everton message.”
You can't buy any Polytron tv's in this country, sadly.
