Of course it is laughable. Moyes may believe he is worth £12 million but Sporting would be the ones selling, ence them having the right to valuate their prized asset. If someone come in and offered £6 million for Yakubu for instance, Moyes would think that was a laughable offer, and he would be well within in his rights to think so. If he is not willing to pay Sporting's asking price for Moutinho then he should stop wasting his time and move on.
