He's not coming

My Portuguese mate that was a promising youth player for Sporting before injury ended his career says so

He wants to go to Spain now, especially Atletico Madrid where his best mate Simao is

He said he wanted to come to The Prem last season and was 'thinking' about joining us but obviously the 2 clubs couldn't agree

He's heard nothing since so now he's set his sights on La Liga

This thread is truly amazing. 185 pages dedicated to a pipe dream. I'd love to see what kind of thread would be generated if Kaka or Ribery came out publicly and stated they wanted to sign for Everton...

I'm not particularly familiar with Moutinho aside from this thread so I'll brush up as best I can. I expect that if he does come to Everton, the signing in the streets around Goodison will go on for days on end. I'll be waiting.

This thread has almost 70,000 views -one player.

The Kirkby thread which would seem to impact Everton as a whole (players, grounds and community) far greater than any single player only has 30,000 views and the Fit Birds - 26,000.

Smiling to see that there is one other thread in the Ale House with a slightly larger viewership - almost 780,000 views. Glad to see some priorities are still in their proper place.
