Who is your most hated premiership footballer, whether they are still playing or not?

Most, if not all, players who have played for the murdering b***ards are despised by many a Evertonian. Not just because they played for the redshite, but 2 of my most hated footballers are El-Hadji Diouf and Craig Bellamy. Then there are the likes of Joey Barton, Nicky "Die die Nicky Nicky die" Barmby and so on.
