Yep, and the only logical explanation I can think of is that he's really not trying at all. You don't go from putting in quality performances like he did last season for us to putting in absolute garbage like he has this season unless you're really not giving any effort. I can excuse form issues, but this isn't form. That's not excusable. Just drop him to the reserves to hopefully wake him up and bring Beni up. Beni has been 10x better than Snides when he's played anyways.

Yeah, there's quite a difference between taking a risk on 500k for Gibson (known to like a pint) and 20+ million for a man known to phone it in and possess the heart of a pea.

Totally agree about Beni btw, I think he's shown far more than both him and Gueye in the limited time he's been given

i would go as far as saying that some of his performances look like he is doing it on purpose, (im not saying thats the case cos that would be weird, its just how he looks).

Whats going through his head right now? Is he doing this in training? I just dont get it!

Mirallas was an embarrassment, remember in the game at Southampton when Royle had a word in Unsworth's ear.....2 minutes later Mirallas was substituted says it all he was a fake.....

Schneidelein on the other hand has shown a slightly better attitude & commitment to Everton, I prefer gueye in the Dm role however ATM Schneidelein is the next best option....

Total burn out? Started young in the CCC and then a couple of years in League 1. Probably took too long to get to the top and burnt out quickly afterwards. Has a lot of games on the counter at just 28.

If he has ability and is 'better than Mirallas' in attitude, he's doing a great job of not showing it. Everton fans are EASY to win over. All you have to do is put in hard work. We are forgiving to poor quality players with little talent and will forgive anyone who is not playing well but at least is trying like crazy.

So the only conclusion is that he's not trying hard enough - as others have said. I think he's the type of player who can also maybe improve by being dropped for a while, and maybe Davies will benefit from a little run with Gana - the midfield might improve

There is no way that Sandro Pistone had 'very limited ability'...he just had very bad luck with injuries.
