There is nothing wrong with Delph as a player, he is just never available.

I don't think Schniederlin has ever been that good personally, never really got the fuss over him. I don't think he has downed tools or anything like has been mentioned, I just don't think he is that good.
He got a lot of the credit for the upturn in form towards the end of Koeman's first season, whereas I'd say it was actually Davies's introduction that sparked it.

Delph is better than Schneiderlin but that's not saying much, as Schneiderlin is currently at about League Two level. In fact, players in League Two would work five times as hard as him, and he'd struggle massively in that division. A complete and utter waste of money. The Everton way of paying top dollar for bigger teams' cast offs really hasn't proven very successful, has it?
Yeh exactly. I'm struggling to think of another 'Big' teams cast off that has excelled for us other than Digne). They all seem to have lost their appetite knowing that (in their minds) they are taking a step down. We should take the attitude that if he's not good enough for them, then he's not good enough for us.

If Schneiderlin starts this weekend (as seems probable) I genuinely think I will struggle to get behind the team 100%.

Agree we need more players who are hungry and for whom coming to Everton IS their big move. Not squad players dropping down.

Not convinced he injured, Marco talked of him training Alone.. wonder if something happened since the Norwich game. Said he definitely won’t be playing

Yes, fecking typical of him. He darent roll his sleeves to fight for the club on Saturday, so like he always does when the going gets tough, he downs tools. Gets sent off on purpose when things are tough, walks off the training pitch when we were in the middle of a difficult period and now this.
He didn’t look injured when he sprinted off when he was substituted against Norwich.
Bin him.
