I knew this was going to happen. Don't get wound up by the whole transfer window as it always comes down to the final day.
 
Hey Wolves signed up nine players now some we might say are not that good but Wolves are showing how it is done. Their squad has surely been strenghtened.

They get a massive £30mill or something balloon payment for getting into the prem and trying to stay up.....

And Heitinga/Jo/Billy/Distin are probably better than the 9 players they've bought.

dont beleive you can use this though mate as all 9 players if we have signed them everyone would have complained and i have no doubt if we wanted those players we could have got them. the problem we have is we are aiming at a higher class of player to improve us however the funds are not there to get them. at least not 9 of them anyway

What clubs were they dealing with?
Were the players high profile?
Did the clubs see them as vital to their own development?
What agents were involved?
Do lower quality players have the same agents as higher rated players?

Also Redknapp did well by not blowing all his budget because he lost Modric unexpected and needed to spend to cover him.

It's not a case of black and white, it's a grey area.

Was Billy Boy vital to Lokomotiv?
Was Jo vital to City/
Is Hetty vital to AM?

Where these players high profile??

All manne of ways at looking at things Ghost just pointing out how Everton compare in this case to Wolves but if you like to other clubs in the prem.

Well with the money we have available, the squad we have available, we really do seem to do very well.

Bily was Lokomotiv's captain.
Hetty was Madrid's player of the year last season.....
