Hi Lads
Just a quick update following my op, I'm still breathing.....................thank God.
The op was only partly successful, one artery had to be left for another day due to problems which included the x-ray machine computer crashing while they prodded round in my heart, that was one strange feeling. The good news is that the one remaining blocked artery appears to have some flow to it and the cardiologist is hopeful that a stent can be fitted there as well circumventing the need for a by-pass. I'm nursing a bruised and bandaged wrist, tired out because my diabetes meds had to be suspended for five days but able to walk, able to talk and nearly back to being my normal pain in the arse!!!!!!!!!. On the downside I've got to go through it all again at some future date but I'm content that our NHS is second to none!
Who knows I just might show up on GOT, I've just got to see how I go. That said I read a thread on there earlier which to me has a place in the idiots hall of fame......................its our money, where has the money gone, we know more about running the club than Elstone, jeez when will these fools pack it in, God help us all. EFC is a closed limited company and can do what they want when they want, BK is the only chairman in the Prem not to take a wage and how do these people know what contractual commitments our club has entered into and I'm certain Citeh have not paid us the full Lescott fee up front, some of that deal is wrapped up in us signing Jo next season which is far more likely than the conspiracy merchants diatribe (first rant since my op, God I needed that ha ha ha.
On a more soppy note, thank you all for your support you made this old mans existence that bit happier and it certainly counted with me lads
