Unfair that imo. He came with a massive reputation and it was seen as a real coup at the time. He hasnt looked the part since day dot which is the main concern. Half the time he doesnt look like he can control his legs. Hope the loan works out but reality is hes not going to be a big loss to the squad.

Well a couple of things, he couldn't adjust to Everton's style. Juve obviously have a lot of the ball, and can play more in the final third and Everton just didn't create many chances last season.

I actually think if he came on this season as a sub, he would have done ok, but seems as though Carlo thinks Kean is behind Iwobi and possibly Milik/Llorente if they come.

Last season was a horrible time for him to come.

Few games where he started and he was screaming when he missed an opportunity or made a mistake. I think he put a lot of pressure on himself too.

You’re messing aren’t you? Never known a player get such an easy ride off fans. We even had people saying hey starts, he scores’ when he got given a sympathy pen in the last minute after sticking the place out against a league 2 side.

At the same time we had people saying he hadn't taken his chances because he didn't do much off the bench while he went 7 months between starts. It is certainly one that went both ways.

Also he's going to PSG so I think that kind of puts a dent in the idea that he's terrible, no?

I for one am struggling to see how he will be getting game time at PSG if he can't get it here.
