This is a joke, right?

Well no not really. As of right now Kean has cost us a bomb not to mention false hope's we'd bought a real prodigious talent. He's shown nothing yet. And it's hard to see other strikers we could have had instead returning zip.

Jimmy Mac often lit up a dark place for us. He did. And he cost relative peanuts. At times he showed a level of talent that was closer to art than sport. Plus we made millions on him when we sold him off.

So you've got one striker that's, so far, like a high price call girl that's not giving it out and comparing it to a girlfriend from your teens that melted your heart in a way that you know now you'll never know again.

The early 2000s were bad times for us. JMc was an odd spark of electricity that kept the light on for thousands. That's all true and you know it.

Good grief, James McFadden was complete and utter turd and I spotted that when I was 13.

Moise Kean is still 19 years of age.

So you've already decided that a 19 year old kid will only be one tenth of the player of a bang average forward we had, who only scored 11 league goals for us in 2 spells, spanning well over 100 games?

Relative peanuts - it wasn’t relative peanuts, it was what we could afford at the time. And if you take into account his wages and us signing him back we did not make millions on him.
And I liked him but utter madness to suggest he was anything other than okay with sporadic bits of fun skill
