Means nothing, stupid made up word and I'd like to kick anybody who says it.

What’s it supposed to mean ??!

Bit out of order calling my family members morons.

If the border you're referring to is the one between England and Scotland, I've not heard it during any time I've spent there, or ever from any Scot in fact.

Sometimes, what with the accent, the bucky and the smack it can be a little difficult to understand them though.
