Thats the release clause plus the Lukaku loan fee thrown in on top.

January will determine how this window went. If we buy no one of importance in jan than this is disastrous. As of now our only perm signings is 4 Wigan players

All confirmed here:

Everton have agreed deals which will see three new faces arrive at Goodison Park, with two players departing the Blues.

Marouane Fellaini has moved to Manchester United for a £27.5m fee, with Victor Anichebe heading to West Brom for a fee which could rise to £6m.

Coming into Goodison are James McCarthy for £13m on a long term deal and a pair of season long loan deals for Romelu Lukaku and Gareth Barry.

All five deals were confirmed on the stroke of Monday night's transfer deadline. Fellaini's exit ended a summer long period of speculation after the Belgium international emerged as one of former Everton manager David Moyes' prime targets for his new club.

Roberto Martinez moved to boost his midfield by signing James McCarthy from his own former club Wigan Athletic.

The highly-rated 22-year old arrives with an impressive reputation as one of the game's brightest young talents.

Also arriving at Goodison is Chelsea's powerful striker Romelu Lukaku. The frontman, 20, switched from the Stamford Bridge outfit after enjoying a productive temporary spell at West Brom last season - when he plundered 17 goals from 20 starts.

Lukaku's arrival offsets the departure of Anichebe to West Brom - the academy graduate moving to the Midlands after making 168 appearances and scoring 33 goals for the Blues.

The final piece of the deadline day jigsaw sees England international and Premier League and FA Cup winner Gareth Barry arrive from Manchester City. The 32-year-old brings a wealth of experience to the Everton midfield having also played for Aston Villa in the Premier League.

Let's clear this up though.

And I'm being generous here overlooking the 9m we 'had' for Leroy Fer in January...

We've sold Fellaini for 27m, which works out about 24m after Liege take their cut. Victor has gone for 5m. That's 32m gained in sales.

We've paid max 13m for McCarthy, say 1.5m for Lukaku loan, nothing for Barry loan, 5m Kone and 2m Robles.

Sell to buy, again. Shocking. And like I say, close to 10m completely vanishing from January.

Will there be money available in January?

What has happened to the BT money that virtually ALL other clubs have spent?

Don't get me wrong, I am made up with Lukaku, but McCarthy at that price and especially Barry don't fill me with confidence. Plus Kone is completely ****e and now not needed with Lukaku there.

Another sad transfer window. Bill and his "I'll give him a few quid", well, no, you didn't. You made him sell our best player and didn't even give him all of THAT money to spend.

Minus off a few mil in agent fee's as well as sign on bonus and all that crap.

Fair play, we've played a blinder here.

I just hope some of the Fellaini money is available in Jan.

Me too mate, but McCarthy, Barry and Lukaku will all strengthen the squad, I think we have done Ok. I am a bit worried about the transfer for Anichabe though, if it doesn't go through, clearly RM doesn't want him and he may go for less in January
