Having to have usernames and passwords for EVERYTHING. Why can you not simply buy something on the internet without creating an account on the seller's website? Why does my workplace insist on having TWO usernames and passwords to simply unlock a desktop or laptop, followed by another one to log onto citrix (that's another bloody fume in itself - awful software) and then another one for each different bloody program we use?
