Crows are bastards! I watched one eat a smaller bird a few years back, just went in the the nest, picked it up and dropped it, then a load of the came.

It flew into the pear tree where some cardinals were nested, chased one of the babies into my house where the little cardinal sat stunned for a moment, then the crow grabbed a different baby cardinal by the wing and carried it away. Circle of life and all that, but shocking t see.

I had to kill a baby bird because it had broken its leg by falling down the nest from the wall of my house. I put it in a plastic bag and slammed it against the balcony. The bag got a hole in it and I got a lot of bird-goo on my face.
