Then surely its up to the company involved to let him know. He is the one that is likely to face the flak from disgruntled customers. The person delivering it doesn't set the estimated time and probably has little idea what you've been told.

I reckon Verbal Klint's signed you up somehow for disrespecting Seamus.McQueens Milkgate continues.
My first unsolicited milk delivery came overnight. Finally rang them up to sort it; explained I’d never spoken to a rep before and to please stop contacting me and sending stuff. They argued “well how did we get your postcode and mobile number then?” (They had my surname wrong for starters). Tried to tell me it must have been someone else in my household (live alone). The bloke on the phone was very aggressive when I accused them of scamming me. They’ve said account now shut and they’ll be in touch to get the money off me - good luck! Products free to anyone in Barrow who wants them x

What channel was that on?You decide if it is funny.
Watching the rugby tonight. Newcastle v Leicester.
The co-commentator literally said 'It's like a scouser walking past a car and you're saying I'm a scouser I'm going to rob it and I've never touched the car.
TNT.What channel was that on?
Lesson learned then. Despite the aversion do it yourself. You know it makes senseWe use click and collect for our weekly food shop as I detest supermarkets, so can collect for 7am and be home by 7:15 usually.
We have long abandoned getting any salad bits as they invariably dump the stuff that goes out of date in about 12 hours on you, however recently who ever packs the delivery trollies seems to be devoid of any commons sense. they persistently pack things like fruit or items in soft packaging under tins and heavy stuff.
Last two weekends, a day or so after collection I’ve gone to get a satsuma or banana only to find they have been absolutely battered and around 50% of anything is inedible now (not immediately obvious on collection)
Was 1kg pot of Skyr split last week too, didn’t clock that until it was leaking in the fridge ffs.
My X lasted 7 years before the charging port and battery gave out on me! It’s a cheap fix, but I also ended up also getting a new iPhone. My beloved iPhone X of 10 years deciding it wanted to die right before Christmas and then shelling out £800 on a new one.
