They argued “well how did we get your postcode and mobile number then?” (They had my surname wrong for starters). Tried to tell me it must have been someone else in my household (live alone). The bloke on the phone was very aggressive when I accused them of scamming me. They’ve said account now shut and they’ll be in touch to get the money off me - good luck!
