minor things that make you fume

I used to be Quality Manager for a frozen ready meal company which made among other things, cheap nasty supermarket homebrand lasagnes, and received a complaint which said "I took a girl back to my house last night and put your lasagne in the microwave to share, but it came out as a sloppy disgusting mess and the girl was so disgusted she left and I didn't get my blow job. What are you going to do about that?"
At leaat one of them ended up a sloppy mess

Generally agree.. though on the flipside I've seen in my line of work looking at customer experience data that people are more likely to leave qualitative/verbatim feedback when their experience has been poor. I've seen some absolutely cracking one-liners from unhappy and disgruntled customers in my time

People (women) who walk up the escalator then suddenly stop walking when they get 3 metres from the end. Go on love, take one more step and then just walk off the end normally, I promise it won't eat you. And by taking that one extra step, you don't get an angry Scotsman "accidentally" bumping into you and muttering expletives at you
I don't like escalators, especially getting on, I'm okay stepping off (you'll be pleased to know).

It annoys me that people use escalators as an excuse not to continue walking, as they would on stairs.

I appreciate that some users have mobility issues and may like to take a break, but it is frustrating when people stop on an escalator which is otherwise empty when they could be walking.

I should also note that I prefer taking the stairs.
