Interoperability amongst systems supposed to make our lives easier that don’t work.
Had an offer on my credit card for 10% cash back on LNER - just so happens I need a new train season ticket (before the 6% risse on Monday) which is £5880, so a tidy £588 back.
Unfortunately the paperless ticket smarts cards aren’t currently interoperable between train firms even though that is exactly what they are designed to do.
Can’t wait for a new LNER one as need it for Monday.
