Whoever is issuing driving licences out in this neck of the woods needs culling, either that or the drivers don't have licences.
Cutting up, lane swapping, indicators not working, parking on zebra zigzags, driving at either 20mph over the speed limit or 20mph under the limit, pulling out of side roads, 2 car gap when passing parked cars forcing cars coming the other way to take evasive action, you name it these clowns have it down to a fine art.
