Apart from the incredible stress invloved, it makes you realise how much crap you accumulate, that you don't actually need.

Wife's uncle visiting from about 8hrs away. It was decided they'd come to my house but stay outside along with the other local family. About 8 2-hatty kids and people I never see and don't really need to see. It's raining with a chance of storms so every mama jamma is in my house. I'm ready to knock a kid out.
