Arteta would give us the serious boost we need in December.

Give Big Dunc the interim role against Leicester and before THEM, announced Arteta and the new stadium.
Whole game just smash every single one of them and Dunc headbutt Klopp's hairplugs off, nick a last minute winner.

CHRISTMAS COMES EARLY

This thread is terrifying

Who has ever gone into the premier league as an ex player with 0 games management experience and done well?

Why?? Absolute clueless lump who should have went with Martinez

I'm not sure mainly, because of his inexperience. If he had a mentor with him, say Moyes or similar, then it could be worth a try. The biggest problem with this appointment is the fact that although he is Pep's deputy but no one has a clue if the great man takes any notice of any advice given to him by Arteta who might just be a yes man

Too early for Arteta he needs to build his experience by managing a lower division yorkshire club and learn how to deal with the associated canabilism and satanic worship. The slings and arrows of outrageous fortune haven't figured in his cossetted coaching existence and his signature piece of not clearing the first man with corners have very few plus points

If Arteta has the slightest chance of the Arsenal job he will wait. If he has an affinity for any of his previous clubs it’s definitely them.
