Michael Keane has taken an awful lot of stick on here in recent weeks, think he deserves some credit tonight.
Had to come on cold when Mina went down, and had a solid game alongside Holgate.
And he bailed Coleman out late on !!!
He might never be a world-beater, but he did okay tonight.

If he gets any kind of praise for that performance you just know he'll be dross next game...

See Schneiderlin, Sigurdsson etc

One of your points for praising him is he would have come on cold hahahahahahha

Says it all about the big lump

Only watched the first hour to be fair

A half decent game against s bottom of the leagues second team doesn't convince me though

See how he does on the weekend against a decent team
says it all really...
Keane had to come on at very short notice, hence the reference to being cold, not in a strictly temperature way, at 40 minutes, yet you still criticise him not having seen how he played on the night.

I did see how he played I just said I watched the first hour, he came on in the first half

Halves are 45 minutes long

As i say when he's not playing a championship team and has a good game I'll cut him some slack

Like most premier league players he is generally fine. The top players are mentally strong and I don't think he is.

Perfectly acceptable squad player, we will want better as a starter though if we are to improve.

That sums it up for me. If he could even add some controlled aggression to his game he'd be worth keeping as a squad option, but as it stands be better to trade up before his value falls too far.
