It's absolutely a case of just believing the media.

The accusers stories get thrown onto every media outlet possible, whereas Michael Jackson's estates replies are posted onto Twitter and such like as the media wouldn't want their stories invalidated.

Do you know about the corroborated lies Wade and Safechuck have told? No, because it's not on the shown on media outlets. And that's the whole point.

The whole 'documentary' is a 1 sided hack job, designed purely to open up a can of worms to get a court case re-opened that has been settled (on Jacksons side, hence the 2 owing money in court costs) so the 2 accusers can get paid.

As far as I know, the court case that Robson and Safechuck lost was against 2 companies (MJJ Ventures and MJJ Productions) as they can’t sue him directly due to the statute of limitations. No court has judged on their accusations. The case against the companies was thrown out because there was no evidence that the companies facilitated abuse. There has never been a court case that was thrown out because their stories weren’t believed/proven to be false.

It’s incredibly hard to prove that sexual abuse has taken place. I agree that an official investigation is better than a documentary or Twitter. But the investigations did reveal books/pictures of naked and semi-naked boys in a “secret” room. And Jordy Chandler identified marks on his genitalia, one of which could only be seen if his penis was lifted/erect. Don’t know about you but I don’t think showing young boys your penis is a normal thing.

End of the day, whether these two are chancing their arm or not, the fact Jacko's lawyers paid off another kids family made him look completely guilty.

If he wasn't guilty, then whoever made or let him make that decision must be the worst lawyer in living history.

There was also the rumour of sadomasochistic materials and other uncorroborated evidence, again - all leaked by 'sources' within the Santa Monica police, who say they have never released images or files to the public.

Jordy Chandler also said he was circumcised, and was proven wrong during his autopsy.

I read it mate, they are just trying all avenues to get money. Plain and simple, the judge couldnt comment because that wasnt the focal point of the claim - it was whether the estate were complicit.

Now that I'd agree with. Stupid decision IMO, should have rode it out - Chandlers dad was in massive debt and was caught on telephone recording basically stating it was extortion.
