Just two thoughts I had earlier. Anybody really think the jury didn’t know about Kaba’s previous record ? When the whole world’s news is on your mobile phone ? The fact that they came back after a mere 3 hours in a case of this stature would suggest to me they did. Is there a record of the judge’s summing up ? I haven’t seen it anywhere.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but it’s still not possible to access someone’s criminal record via your mobile phone.
Unless there was some kind of super hacker on the jury panel.
As for jury selection, both my parents and in-laws are in their eighties and non of them have ever been called up or any of my other elderly aunts and uncles. It’s just pot luck mate.
Normally if they all agree, they go out for an hour - cup of tea, something to eat and a fag break.
