Messymascot's faith in humanity and ginger safe haven

That's something that I thought of too but she has had a hearing test and passed it. She doesn't react to anybody, even her Mum and Dad.
My granson has problems and I have posted on here before but one of them is his hearing ,my son told me that it is very hard for the doctor to diagnose early as they don't know if it is coincidence when they turn or conversely if they just aren't interested if they don't .Time will help with this worrying won't .

Spicy strawberry chutney sounds delicious Blue. It's just the combination with tacos I'm struggling to get my head around. I'm sure it works.

My go to taste sensation at the moment is sweet chilli and tomato jam that I have with meat and cheese platters.
I'm big into caramelised onion marmalade at the moment. Great with cheese, pate and cold meats.

I fear for the American people with the crazy law on guns ,I think it is money talking as always .
I also want to say the timing is critical for your proposed move if you leave it too long you might be forced to leave your daughter behind as she will perhaps have met someone then.
I moved at 50 years old to a beautiful place but I feel I was lucky with the woman I love who helped me through the difficult times .If I were to consider it at pension age I might not make the same decision.
On the flip side "The grass always looks greener on the other side of the fence " .Good luck with the future in Asheville.
You do know that Indian people eat curry in hot temperatures !!
Tbh it is a justified fear, one that I have been encountering more and more. It is all money talk, unfortunately, the gun lobby knows what politicians pockets to fill and that has been doing the trick for decades unfortunately. Timing is indeed critical, I fear the same about leaving our daughter behind but also can bear taking her away from everything she knows, that’s why we are so jumbled about what to do.

Hahahaha Indian people do, but my gringo husband won’t.

Hello everybody. Just catching up. Oh @Sassy Colombian I feel for you. I know however that you will make the right decision for your family. Glad you had a good holiday @Armaghtoffee Welcome home.

Came back from Liverpool this afternoon. Managed to see all three nephews and my great niece. She seems to be showing significant traits of autism but because she is so young (18 months) there isn't much that can be done at the moment as regards any kind of diagnosis. . Her Mum and Dad seem to be in denial at the moment - which I completely understand. However there is help available within the family. My brother's partner is a special educational needs teacher.

I nearly melted driving home. The air con in my car is rubbish. Came up the M6 which is much prettier than the M62/A1 route. I'm still in awe at how much of a difference dialysis has made to my Dad's health. It is like magic.

Here's to a good week for everyone x
Ange I feel for us too and sure wish we make the best decision, it is tough to be in this position. At least for now we have made the decision to begin to look for a place to purchase in Colombia, that’s I believe a good start :)

Btw, that’s fantastic news about your dad, glad to hear the dialysis is really making a difference and hopefully it will continue helping him.
