I think it's really nice that Cal's memory drives you positively even down to your cooking? that is really touching.

In fairness that's probably because she was a good cook mate. If she served me up crap I probably wouldn't be cooking it. lol

We used to cook a lot together anyway and play music and have a glass or two whilst we were at it. In that respect we were very much influenced by Floyd. The chef not the group. Although we both loved the group too. We were regulars at the Aussie Pink Floyd concerts.

Sorry I haven’t stopped by to say hello the last couple of days but we had a family member that left this world on Monday so I have been mourning her passing with my family. But it is nice to be back and see you posting a lot more than in recent days. Hopefully this trend means that you can go back home soon enough ??

I just loved all the dishes he did, he made it all look so easy, usually in exotic places and the BBC basically gave him a licence to get p#ssed whilst he was doing it?
