Messymascot's faith in humanity and ginger safe haven

Hi, Fred. Thinking about you too. I hope everything has been going well with family and friends, and with all the arrangements that you been trying to make. Xx
I've had a good day thanks Sassy. Met family and some old friends and some of my brothers friends who O didn't catch up with in May. Drank too much but I knew that was going to happen.

Had a chippy tea of sausage curry and chips which was always my go to meal

They just don't do curry the same down in Cornwall

I’m happy to hear!

At least you anticipated your drinking and hopefully along with it, lots of water drinking. But if not I am sure the sausage curry and chips can cure any hangover ;)

@Eggs how are you feeling today?

….really nice of you to ask.

i had 5 retina tears so any vision in my left might take a long time to come back, it’s a bit more comfortable as time passes but I have to lie on my right side for at least 50mins in every hour. Just hoping it’s all worth it and they don’t need to operate again.

Felling better than I did. Thanks again.

How did you manage to do that? Mrs Eggs’ right hook?

Watching the game will be tricky but hopefully it takes your mind off things for a while.

Mate.

I wouldn't play 3 at the back full stop, or at least not until all of our players are comfortable with it

Morning Messy. How are you doing today.?

Looking forward to the game?

I'm good thanks had a decent sleep will being going to see my sister, nephew and nice later. Will have to make sure I go either before or after the match. I don't like chatting to people whilst we play.

I'm not 3 at the backs greatest fan either but do think it's a useful tool to spring an occasional surprise on opponents. For it to work properly though you need a right footed RCB who has knowledge of playing RB and a left footed LCB who has knowledge of playing LB. The middle player needs to be comfortable on the ball as he will be the one who brings the ball out.

On a squad point of view l believe you should have 25 players. 2 players in each position for your preferred formation and the extra 3 should be a GK, versatile defensive player, versatile attacking player. I don't excel all back ups to be brilliant but they should be able to be trusted to do a job. Look at our squad now poor Jonjoe Kenny has people playing out of position ahead of him in the queue.

The problem we've had recently is too many managers and too many philosophies. As much as I dislike the current manager I do believe if he stays he will get us organised.
