I can’t say I have ever paid it a visit. For reference, around there is the Gasworks area of Belfast.

Good morning all on this chilly one here -10° but getting warmer .I hope all are well and had a good night's rest . Not much happening here today just a nice stroll out for a few minutes oh and the wife is making salmon pasties after an elongated plea from me ,they are salmon and pudding rice inside with lemon pepper and few secret bits including dill for AT .Have a great day all COYB

I think it’s more just the general area where the gas was traditionally produced. All the buildings around seem modern so probably little remains in a historical context.I had thought it must be a converted gasworks, bit disappointed if I’m honest.
I can recommend the hotel restaurant though
