Really that’s brilliant- I really can’t wait, and as it’s mr P’s birthday we’ve booked the night in the Titanic Hotel and during the day our son and friend are coming to Liverpool early so we can go and eat together first. I’m so excited 😃
 
Thanks for your good wishes and the appointment went well. He’s listed for a total knee replacement (3 - 6 month wait) and on the list of people to consider if there are cancellations as well as them saying if it gets too close to June they are happy to defer it til we get back from this years island hop - so I can get cracking with planning that now. We were seen by a lovely doctor (I’d say young but they all look young to me now) who was really thorough and patient with me when I got my list of questions out. It was weird going back to where I last worked in the mid 80s.
To celebrate I’m having a Greek night - a lovely bottle of Assyrtiko from the Peloponnes (cheers @Barnfred 55 ) and a beetroot, feta and orange salad (sorry for the food pic @jazzy 😂). 70s music channel on TV too - happy Friday all 💙

I’m setting out tomorrow morning and hoping I make it! Madness when it’s on RTE like but you know yourself.

Did you know re the new rules that if you get a black card then you only have to leave 2 up? Hmm not that adventurous really.

Mate that it is totally incomprehensible to me , and I’m someone who has a comprehension knowledge of rugby , understands cricket and golf, professes to understand American Football and is vaguely aware of the rules of ice hockey and shinty 🙂
 
Good morning all on this dark morning here ,seasonally warm for us .I hope all are well and had a good night last night .My jealousy is overflowing @Val P ,there are no words to descibe how you will feel .
I love to pass on life changing things I find out .
Today it is eleven+two is an anagram of twelve+one ,how could I have reached 76 without knowing that !
