Messymascot's faith in humanity and ginger safe haven

Evening everyone,

Off to Madeira first thing tomorrow to celebrate Mrs Js birthday.

Only away for the weekend so miss the game.

Not sure if that's a good or bad thing.

Have a lovely weekend everyone.
I was listening to a podcast on my run this morning, it was a “ brain guru” type, and he was saying how good Table Tennis is as you get older, helps reactions, coordination skills, mental alertness etc. I think you said you’d played an 80 year old who was still pretty good , it probably counterbalances the effects of supporting Everton for you !
Have a good holiday and make sure you show Mrs jazzy a good time and hope she has a good birthday .

Hopefully your DD averages things out over the year so that although you’ve gone over in winter they won’t ask for the extra as it’s likely you’re in credit and come summer you’ll use less than your £87 DD . They rarely let you go into debit though, usually like to run your DD so that you’re in credit .
Yeah that's my thinking, I'm still paying debt, when I was going through a hard time with my mental health I didn't pay for nearly 18months and ran up a bill of nearly 2k before they started asking for it. So I've been paying arrears for a while as well and I'm down to £200 so not much more and I'll have an extra £40 a month in my pocket.

Thanks BL.

So anyway, had a call with the doctor today to discuss my blood test results from December. He said I had increased liver enzyme levels. I said that’ll be because I drink too much. Anyway, he advised me that I was only allowed 14 units. I am now sat in The Brick having had them and wondering if I should chance a couple more…
Yo Tommy.

It’s a tricky one for you, it would obviously be wise to follow the docs advice , but The Brick is a part of your social life so cutting back on that could impact other areas of your health . Hope you can get the right balance 👍

Good morning all on this once again murky day here in Finland .I hope all had a good night and have a great day today .In the press the debate rumbles on as to the affect of our situation ,possible furter points off and the effect on those around us .COYB
We watched the two series of Kin thanks to @Barnfred 55 it was a nice to do a vinge .How much is the language changing?
Bit of a slow burner for me but the first series just got better and better. The second series is some of the best TV I've seen in years though.

Hi guys, I'm feeling ok today so thought I'd post, lucky you lot lol

I was having a nice walk chillin this morning until my disgusting little bugger of a Beagle decided to eat some dog sh...poo she's so gross. She's started eating bird crap as well, I hate this time of year, she decided to do the drop and roll the other day because the sun was out and she rolled in something that turned hard ffs, I need some doggie wipes.

Still so pissed off at the football, I'll be fuming if only us and Forest get punished and Forest better not get off lightly either but in an ideal world nobody at this level should be suffering point deductions. The price is too high, it'll cost millions in lost revenue from where we finish, possibly lead to relegation and make our financial situation a million times worse.

Just had a nice sausage butty for brekkie, never been a huge fan of sausages, I won't eat frozen or cheap ones. Then I tried Heck 97% pork sausages and they're really nice, no fat or gristle at all. I cooked them without oil in a pan and there was no fat in the pan at the end so they're def 97% pork.

Have a good day everyone.
Good to hear you're doing a bit better mate. Hope it continues.

Welcome to the posh sausage club.;)
