A dusting of snow for us here this morning- not enough to get too excited about but pretty nevertheless. Finally the work on our leaky front windows is done and the scaffolding has been taken away!! Job for Mr P today is put the icicles up on the front of the house - tacky? you bet, but has to be done. It used to be very competitive round here when the kids were all young but not so much now - just a little bit of Christmas magic. We have a small primary school just up the road and it’s so cute to see them enchanted by the lights.
Great three points yesterday and a cracking goal - I’m sure we’ll be fine but it must be so frustrating for the team to have the rug pulled from underneath them. This punishment feels like it’s targeting the wrong group of people. Hope my charm offensive at the gym helped the decisions made

Morning all woke up to snow this morning hooray but it’s raining now boo! Chilly afternoon at London Road yesterday but the blanket and hand warmers did the trick and kept the cold out, back in time for the second half , a win win situation you might say.
In other news we had a bird of prey land on our hedge yesterday morning, turned out it was a merlin, think it must have lost its way to turn up in these parts, unfortunately I wasn’t able to get a picture.
