Freezing cold and foggy here. Off to London Road this afternoon for the Posh match v Doncaster and surrendering to my advancing years will be taking a blanket also some of those hand warmer things to put in my gloves. Hope to be back in time to catch the second half of our game. COYB’s and COYB’s

Morning all. As you may have gathered the Liverpool trip has been scuppered. Went out to pack the car, all the locks were frozen solid. Got the boot open, put our stuff in and the boot wouldn't shut. The locking mechanism isn't working. It might still be frozen or it might be broken. I can't drive with it like that. So I've called the AA out - they said they could come out but couldn't give me a time. Last estimate they would get to me by 2.55.

Just back from the neighbours. His brandy has taken a bit of a hit.

When he told me we lost 1-0 I just knew we'd won. He's such a wind up merchant. No idea how we played but I'm back in time for MOTD.
