Didn’t know they had done that. Must be a charity thing?
Re Ian Broudie, don’t think he ever gets the respect he deserves for his music.
Ha ha. To be fair AT I've enjoyed watching both Irish teams at this world cup.

Do you know the song mate?Ha ha. To be fair AT I've enjoyed watching both Irish teams at this world cup.![]()
If he meant that we have just witnessed the greatest goal ever.Never seen a goal like that before. Defies science. lol
Saw Broudie live once in his early days with a local band called Big in Japan. Probably the worst gig I ever saw. They had a (future) star studded line up of Broudie, Holly Johnson, Bill Drummond (of KLF fame) and Budgie (drummer and lover of Siouxsie) I guess it must have been before they learned to sing and play their instruments properly.lolDidn’t know they had done that. Must be a charity thing?

They've been unlucky here the USA.If he meant that we have just witnessed the greatest goal ever.

They were a good watch and it’s a pity they are gone. They've been unlucky here the USA.
That lyric is from an Irish folk song with Senegal replacing Donegal.
Pretty sure that’s them yeah.I recall a song called Big in Japan. I assume it was that band.
I love how Broudie was the sole member of the Lightning Seeds for the first five years, yet people associate the name with a band.Didn’t know they had done that. Must be a charity thing?
