My Son, who works in Saudi, told me that today is a public holiday due to the win over Argentina so you may have a bit of problem with shops…or maybe not…..
 



Hi guys, been to the gym tonight - first time for a while. I've let things slip a bit ( a lot) on the diet and exercise front since I got back from my hols. This week has been the first time I've felt fully motivated to get back into good habits. It's only been three days but so far so good.

I got a nice surprise in work today - my boss nominated me for a reward and recognition award and it was approved. £125. Not too shabby. So Mr F and I are going to Rome for 4 days back end of January. My reward has paid for the flights.

No I didn't forget our win in Aus well done the blues . I gave MOM to Isaak ,he showed what Frank has seen in him and has a lot of promise . Where is Garner ?
