Messymascot's faith in humanity and ginger safe haven

Morning guys.

Yes everything fine. I was worried about them zonking me out so I didn't have them until after Daisy's last walk. I have started on only 50mg for 3 days, then it goes to 100mg for 3 days then 150mg. Then if I need a bigger dosage I have to let them know and I can keep increasing it until it works.

So 50mg didn't really do much, I slept well and got up normal time not feeling groggy.

Hope everyone is good today.
You deserve a bit of good news for a change T. ;)

Morning all, rain is just clearing away but still quite gloomy here. Hope Mr F. has a great birthday, @anjelikaferrett and in the words of Pink Floyd - Careful With that Axe, Eugene. lol. I’m off for afternoon tea today, a very belated birthday celebration with my daughter. She’s booked a table at Carriages Tea Rooms, near Cambridge. A group of restored Pullman coaches so should be interesting.
Hope all are well and those in pain find it eased today. Have a good day, all.?
Guess what H? I was literally just going to type a Je suis Fred lol

Was it a lateral flow test mate. They aren't that reliable, both ways. Would suggest your missus does another test to confirm.
She did another earlier and positive again although only a sore throat to report.

I am still negative but deteriorating fast. Just cannot get my temperature up despite wearing a hoody and hat under a duvet.

Naproxen worked for me and the leg exercises (knee up to your chest while you lie on your side) should help you BR. Avoid driving if you can for a while unless you have an automatic.

Cheers Armagh. I have manual and a few classic automatics, but I am not driving any further than 10 miles round shopping trip every second day.

Best wishes to ye Armagh

Popped down to see me Mum in her new flat earlier. Its perfect for her, and she absolutely loves it. Views over the Severn, and a beautiful place. After 10 months of stress and hassle, she is now, at last, relaxed. As am I and Sis.

Had no idea how much the combo of Mum moving, Dad and Nikki leaving us, in 12 months had on me. But I went to bed at 7.30 (!) last night, exhausted, and didnt wake till 8.00 this morning.

Soz the fridge didnt work out for @Terrarian , but he is an understanding chap.

I’m glad it’s all worked out well for you and your mum…..

Morning all, cloudless sky here, lovely morning. It has turned very chilly though. Really enjoyed my afternoon tea experience yesterday. They have the sound of a train playing low in the background and music from past decades so quite atmospheric. I don’t cry easily but when “Let me call you sweetheart” by Bing Crosby followed by Moon River came on it nearly finished me off. My grandad used to sing “ Let me call..” to me so brought back so many memories and Moon River is such a beautiful song. Anyway enough about me, hope everyone is okay and has a good day.? 35A76D38-12B4-40C9-99AC-BAB893D0B8AE.webp0B58FDFB-A19E-44D5-A759-E4FC73FE6082.webpFE8A8744-A4AF-4466-AA0F-3B05596EE1C9.webpD3C6397C-4CE6-4C5D-B70C-B0ABD929209B.webp5189C3BB-9619-4F45-8872-6E87311B6337.webp
