Messymascot's faith in humanity and ginger safe haven

Morning everyone, hope you're all good, busy morning it's shopping day, also need to buy a new vacuum cleaner so amazon here I come, I currently have an upright but although it picks up hair really well doesn't get into some of the places I need so I'm getting a bagless cylinder. I did look at the handhelds but decided against it.

Anyway, hope you have a good day whatever your endeavours.

Replaced my Dyson recently with a Shark.

They are fantastic for dog hairs and have an anti wrap technology thing that really seems to work T . Fantastic suction , really recommend them.

I looked at a shark yesterday, it was on offer for £99.99 but it's more than I want to pay, just getting a cheap one for now until I have got all my flooring done, he's coming on monday so hope he doesn't crash his car this time lol My sister has one and I know they're up there with dyson, so might in future.

Morning all, early start here, grandkid no 1 arriving shortly for breakfast and the school run. Lovely morning again though so a pleasure to be up early. Hope Mrs J.’s ankle recovers soon @jazzy and you get your mojo back @Bluerover . @blue1948 careful with that axe Eugene (Pink Floyd reference there) lol. Re vacuum cleaners our holiday accommodation had a traditional upright Shark vac, it nearly sucked the floor up, son has one too says it’s brilliant for pet hairs. We have a cordless Dyson which after 3 years is next to useless and will soon need replacing. Have a good day all.

I find the Henry hoovers really good T and pretty cheap too. Not too heavy either. Made up with mine.

Morning all … I am seeing diffusers and vacuum cleaners … pretty sure I have a few xacuum cleaners but no diffusers an account of being well on the way to thin on top !
It’s Friday and we gave wonderful sunshine … I’m going for a reflexology session and then a few hours in the workshop
Thus afternoon I’ll probably run up the the garden centre … I’ve made a nice outdoor seating space in my place which will benefit from a few Pies of pelargoniums

Dyson are the Apple of the hoover world. Mysteriously they start going wrong as soon as a new version comes out. And they certainly aren't cheap.

Seeing that reference to Careful with the axe Eugene encouraged me to rewatch the live at Pompeii version. Such an atmospheric song. Not sure what Cal would have thought to me playing it full blast on my phone at 7.00 am in the morning lying in bed. Probably thought I was nuts?

Morning F. Have you not got your spell check switched on this morning?

We had a Dyson for 10 years. I actually found them to be really reliable.
On the one occasion that it went wrong ( 5 years old) I phoned their engineer and he supplied me with some many new parts and talked me through their replacement that I ended up with a virtually new cleaner for free.

However the shark is a far better cleaner. Far more powerful suction and easier to use.

Perhaps Henry needs a vacation?
