I seem to remember a travel show from Valencia and they used chicken in paella .but yours looks absolutlely scrumptious . Oops did I just see some chicken?.

I know someone that was a chef in various regions of Spain and I think the ingredients can vary from area to area , I’m sure in parts of Catalonia they use rabbit.

The bloke who did the walking tour when I was in Valencia said Paella is made with chicken, rabbit, lima beans. Anything else is just rice with stuff .

Well it seems my paella was just rice and stuff because it was missing the rabbit and Lima beans lol

It was scrumptious enough that there wasn’t any leftovers lol Mine had chicken as well as pork and chorizo so it was far from just being seafood.

Just got back in from my latest visit. It did me the world of good having a face to face chat. It was a bit intense at time as there was only 2 of us but she looked after me well. Now I'm just going to chill for a couple of hours before bed!

Just got back in from my latest visit. It did me the world of good having a face to face chat. It was a bit intense at time as there was only 2 of us but she looked after me well. Now I'm just going to chill for a couple of hours before bed!

That’s great to hear, sometimes having those intense interactions prompts one to vent and release things that we tend to hold on to deep inside. You deserve some chill time now. Hopefully your appetite has been better today. Xx

Need an early night tonight and you have just posted my 2am staring at the ceiling thinking.

Agree with most of that but always had a soft spot for Carsley who I might just sneak into centremid to protect Mikel.

Cahill I would always have in my 11 despite still not really sure what his best position was. Arriving late into the box with a huge leap is hard to put a jersey number on but you have to find a place for quality.

Oddly the 2 you mentioned were the 2 most at threat. My soft spot was Parkinson. I picked Barry because he could play a killer pass and in that team he would have plenty of runners. Cahill I picked as below Lukaku the strikers have all been much of a muchness. Cahill was very much a luxury player who worked hard. Could only play as a 10 in my opinion but the games he won for us was more than anyone else. Hopefully DCL will join this team at his expense and we can go proper 4-4-2.

There would be plenty of goals in that team and Watson and Jagielka would be a wall. I picked Martyn as although Southall was still good he had passed his peak. Martyn was immense in his 2 years with us if only we had made him feel wanted in 1996.
