The main thing is you seem to be able to see the way through T which in itself is fantastic news .Morning all, feeling ok so far today again, what is this sorcery lol
I feel a bit out of the loop inhere it's been so long since I regular posted, fingers crossed I can get some normality back.
I'm going to have to go to the Drs though if headaches carry on the way they are because it's my neck causing it, it's extremely painful at the minute. I suppose with it being a degenerative disease it was always going to take a downturn at some point.
Can you believe my brother-in-law has the same condition but for some reason has had no help at. When I first got diagnosed I was on morphine, gabapentin, pregabalin and amitriptyline for my neck as well as paracetamol(prescribed) but they stopped doing paracetamol on prescription. The only way I could get it in the volume I needed was to take co-codamol because I made a decision to come off all the meds when I stopped drinking but feel I may need some help again.
Anyway have a great day all.
P.S Happy belated birthday to @peteblue

Great to hear from you, and well done for training Daisy to be her best self. Keep going with the group - you are trying to reverse years of thinking in a certain way so be patient with yourselfHi everyone, thought I'd say hello as touch wood, I actually don't have a headache today, just a very slight one above my eye but this doesn't happen very often.
I've kind of sacked off the football for the season, we're safe and it'll give me a reset ready for what should be an exciting summer ahead. Mind you it could have just been because of the headaches as I was pretty much out of action.
Daisy is good, she's got really really good off lead now, i can trust her when other dogs are there to come with me and not run off with the dog lol. It's given her a chance to be off the lead a bit more up the fields and I love watching her running around stretching her legs.
Still having problems with her itching. I've changed foods, tried tails.com but seems to have made it worse. Bought some more expensive pro-biotic anti-itch tablets and they don't work as well as what I was using. So it's trial and error at the minute.
I've started doing group at my mental health place, we are learning coping skills to recognise triggers for my anger, so far it's just been pages off the internet printed out for us. They have said it will be difficult and ,must be consciously practised as I am basically trying to reprogram my brain.
Well, hope you're all well and speak soon.

Here's a pic of the little guy
I think I spoke too soon on the headaches, blasted me as I was about to start my walk, Daisy dragged me up the farm which give it a chance to settle. She fobbed the cows off today, she just ran past, one sheep tried to interact but she ran off again haha little bugger. I let her off again for a little run around and even though there were dogs playing down the bottom, she looked but never went, very proud of her.The main thing is you seem to be able to see the way through T which in itself is fantastic news .
I have a friend who stopped taking his meds because he says the doctors have no idea! He has however got his car boot filled with "alternative stuff " ,he keeps it there so his wife doesn't see it !
Get to the doctors and get what you need .Is there no way massage would help or would that aggravate the condition ?
Honestly Jazz I have not been this relaxed about Everton since Martinez first year, it's been a hard slog falling down since. It's so good a feeling that I am actually dreading Moyes leaving again if we continue the path we were on before he came back.Great to see you back posting T.
Make sure that you continue to get help with your condition/ meds when you need it mate .
Hopefully a combination of better weather and Everton not playing will see an upturn.
Take care .
Thanks Val, It is hard I get stuck on step 1 as in when an incident occurs I struggle to take a breath and evaluate before losing it and then it will bother me for the rest of the day/week depending on severity. So I have to learn to try and not let the red mist descend as the say. I just wind myself up when in probability the incident was maybe not as bad as first thought.Great to hear from you, and well done for training Daisy to be her best self. Other than that I can't stop listening to Sleep Token. They're headlining Download this year and have a new album out next month. The first 3 songs released are a bit telling. I don't think the masks are as much of a gimmick as they think, Vessel sounds like he has issues and wants to remain private. he sings about this and how it stresses him out when people try to out the band.
here's the last 2, a different sound again, a bit more pop
This one dropped today
I've heard a few Ghost songs, pretty much mainstream rock, not bad. They caused a stink on the tour banning mobile phones, it took ages for people to get in. I personally rate them as ok not a band i go mad for but not a band I turn off and have a few in my playlist.I honestly don't get all the hate they receive on line. The music community, especially, rock, can be so snobbish at times. Also I knew they were an arena level band but didn't realise they were so mainstream. Caramel was top 10 in the UK charts. There's another similar band called Ghost getting rave reviews for their UK tour currently. Are they a band you listen too T? I must admit I'm not really familiar with their work but must delve into it when I get a chance. Stadium rock is not really my thing though so keep putting it off.
