Morning all, after appraising Mr P’s lounge wear we are off to get him a new dressing gown and slippers in case of cancellations for his op. Living the dream in sunny Wigan. I discovered it’s 10 years ago since I handed my notice in at work. Doesn’t time fly ?

Sadly the pot with the miniature bamboo broke as it fell so it's a gonner. That and the large palm were supposed to hold each other up so it must have been a helluva gust that took them both out.

Hi folks. Today we drove to Wexford- some of Mum's relatives lived there ( distant ones - never understood the connection but she visited often). We walked along Curracloe Beach which is the most lovely beach I've ever been on. Beautiful soft sand. There was a fishing competition going on and, for the movie fans, it was used in Saving Private Ryan.

Beautiful Anj. I can’t say I know Wexford overly well as they don’t tend to cross Armagh’s path often in the football. The drive through Wicklow to there is gorgeous, really picturesque.
